How to deal with the faulty?
All our products are manufactured in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.02%. During the guarantee period, we will send new products for product defects. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 1-year warranty to our products. Of course, some products excludes. We have QC department to control the whole production process and ensure quality.
Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample, but MOQ is1000 pcs or 10000 pcs based on the difference of items.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by express way like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
What about the lead time?
Most of our products are in stock ,1-3 days for sample or small amount orders, 20-30 days for mass production depending on actual order size.
Can I have a sample order for your product?
Sample order is welcome here. Mixed samples are acceptable. We can supply the sample and send them out in your order day under normal circumstances because we have a lot in stock, but please pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
